  • Integrate Monday.com with existing tools (Givebutter, Stripe, Quickbooks, Survey Monkey Apply, Google Drive, Slack) as feasible.
  • Establish consistent naming conventions, permissions, and data architecture to ensure a single source of truth.

Process Design & Optimization

  • Map and document existing workflows; propose streamlined processes leveraging Monday.com features.
  • Set up recurring tasks, automated reminders, and data collection forms for staff and volunteers.
  • Pilot dashboards for leadership to track KPIs such as volunteer hours, scholarship awards, fundraising progress, and event timelines.

Training & Support

  • Develop simple training guides and lead live onboarding sessions for staff, board members, and volunteers.
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support during the initial launch phase.
  • Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and system performance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience implementing Monday.com or similar project/CRM tools (Salesforce, Asana, Airtable, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of workflows, automations, forms, dashboards, and API-based integrations.
  • Experience supporting nonprofits or volunteer-driven organizations a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical solutions into plain language for diverse users.
  • Organized, collaborative, and proactive with a process-improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.

Time Commitment

  • Estimated 5–8 hours per week during the initial setup and training phase (6–8 weeks), tapering to 2–3 hours per week for support and optimization thereafter.
  • Flexible hybrid/remote role; some virtual meetings with staff and board members required.
