By lending your skills as a volunteer bookkeeper, you help ensure that we keep our promises to athletes, families, and donors.

Copy writer

Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Copywriter & Editor to craft compelling stories and sharpen the voice of our communications. This part-time unpaid volunteer role will write and refine copy for fundraising campaigns, donor updates, event promotions, and athlete stories—ensuring every word reflects our mission and connects with our community.

10-20 hours per month | December - May

Events Committee

Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation is seeking Volunteer Events Committee Members to help us design and deliver memorable fundraising events and community gatherings that fuel scholarships and support for our student-athletes. This part-time unpaid volunteer role is ideal for people who love bringing the community together—whether it’s brainstorming event ideas, managing details behind the scenes, or rolling up your sleeves on event day.

Fundraising Committee

Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation is seeking Volunteer Fundraising Committee Members to help grow the resources that fuel our scholarships, academic programs, and athlete support services. This part-time unpaid volunteer role is ideal for relationship-builders, community connectors, and anyone passionate about ensuring every Palisades Tahoe student-athlete can thrive—on the mountain and in the classroom.

By supporting our storage systems, you’ll ensure PTCF’s events and programs run smoothly—helping our athletes shine on and off the mountain.

Social Media Manager

Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Social Media Manager to help tell the stories of our athletes, families, and community. This part-time unpaid volunteer role will manage PTCF’s social media calendar, create engaging content, with a focus on fundraising events, content sponsorships, and spotlighting the amazing student athletes, coaches and families in our Palisades Tahoe community. All of this is in service to helping Palisades Tahoe student athletes compete at their highest level on and off the mountain.

Speaker Series Coordinator

Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Speaker Series Coordinator to help lead our inspiring PTCF Speaker Series, which brings athletes, experts, and thought leaders together to educate, motivate, and connect our community. This part-time unpaid volunteer role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-oriented individual who loves event planning and creating meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our student-athletes and families.

Videographer

Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation is seeking Volunteer Videographers to help capture the heart and energy of our athletes, families, and community. This part-time unpaid volunteer role will film and produce video content showcasing our fundraising events, academic programs, athlete spotlights, and sponsor stories—all in service of helping Palisades Tahoe student-athletes excel on and off the mountain.

Warren Miller Sno-ciety Screening

"It's Mountain Time" and we're kicking off the winter season with a bang! The Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation is thrilled to partner with Warren Miller Entertainment, Outside Inc, and Palisades Tahoe to bring you two exclusive screenings of Warren Miller's 76th film, "Sno-ciety." This is more than just a film screening; it's a chance to gather as a community and celebrate the start of another amazing winter. We need your help to make it a success! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with everything from set-up and clean-up to selling raffle tickets and swag and sharing the PTCF story at our event stand.
